Dimitri Mussard is a young French Swiss entrepreneur of Russian origin who takes his major source of artistic inspiration from his family. Pascale Mussard, his mother, is recognized as one of the leading names in the fashion industry and his brothers Maxime and Alexandre Mussard also work in the world of design & fashion. His academic background is eclectic; he began studying communication in France, then international business administration in the Netherlands and has a Masters in Finance from ESCP-EAP European School of Management.
During one year, he travelled round the world, experiencing new cultures and gaining knowledge. He lived in the United States, Netherlands, England and has been living in Brazil since 2010. Through his different experiences, he has been successful with companies in different segments, such as Rabobank, Hermès, Clinique Estée Lauder and Publicis.
Dimitri is in charge of Acaju do Brasil in partnership with Nicolas de Virieu, heading one of the most important specialized agencies in the country to bring international premium fashion brands to the Brazilian market.
Maria Sole Cecchi was born in Florence, and at age of 19, she dropped out of law school, and move to Paris.
In 2010 she started working on her own brand of acessories and bags, Les Petits Joueurs, with the particularity of use of the Lego brick, and it instantly becames a HIT.
That same year decided to go to live in Brazil and joined Acaju do Brasil team, where she takes care of the visual merchandising, the brand curation and the social networking, being the first image of the brands in Brazil.
In the Brazilian fashion market for over 10 years, Gustavo Pinhal is responsible for coordinating the communication and commercial relations of Acaju do Brasil.
With a degree in Marketing, worked for a major fashion luxury brands, acting in the management of retails stores and multi-brand costumers throughout the country, and also responsible for the relationship with the press office and coordination of social media channels.
Has extensive knowledge in fashion brand processes, such as collection development, quality control, creation of releases and events for the press, coordination of showroom, lookbook production and styling.
Has also conducted business consulting for e-commerce companies and fashion brands.
